Install Stuck at "Install Dialog" 8.04

Hi,

I am trying to install Ubuntu 8.04 on an old HP laptop.


I have been stuck on the "Install" dialog for at least 30 minutes. This is the dialog where it asks, "Ready to install? Once you answer a few quest...."


Should I reboot or wait it out? Or maybe do something else? The hard drive is grinding away.

depends on your definition of 'old', but i'd lean towards waiting it out especially if the hd is cranking away.
