I have just installed Intrepid Xubuntu from alternate CD onto a Toshiba Satellite S1800-514 After fixing display resolution all seems OK except..the LEDS for both CD drive and floppy (yes its old) stay on all the time whether in use or not (with and without disks present) It does not seem to cause any problem to function, but does anyone know how to sort it out?
