Have just installed a 2300W colour laser printer on the computer which is running Windows XP Home. It is set as default printer.
The printer works fine, BUT the status monitor tells us This printer status monitor will only work with Minolta-QMS Magicolor 2300W.
Any ideas, please, how to correct this? Thanks.
