Well, other than having to apt-get upgrade to breezy because my pressed CDs didn't work, things have gone remarkably smoothly installing breezy onto my new system. Everything is functional so far as I use. The only thing I need to find out is if my video card is running to it's fullest potential, and if not, how to get it there. I can run Tux Racer...well, the planet penguin one, but it's running at about a 2-3 FPS. I'm thinking the drivers aren't in properly. Last leg, any suggestions? It's a GeForce FX5500, so it's NVidia..no ATI here, yay.

I know the current guide is for hoary, but the package name should be the same. Just make sure you uncomment all the repos in /etc/apt/sources.list if you havent already done so.

Done and done! Tux racer is now moving at a proper 102 FPS. Thanks, Tangent! And everything is now functional on the new breezy system.
