Is it possible for me to upgrade from 8.04.1 to 8.10 without losing my wireless on my AAO? I no longer have a way to connect with a wire anymore, but wwould like to do the upgrade if I can.

It's hard to say. However, the best way is to see if your wireless works with the Intrepid LiveCD.
