I was having a huge problem getting a correctly burned .iso onto a CD so I could start using Ubuntu, and this guy helped me out going through all the problems I had for about 4 hours straight via the forums.

Never really talked with him much since, but he is the person responsible for keeping my interest in Ubuntu and linux in general.
