In the synaptic package manager I chose "best server for me" in the source chooser thingy, and it made it Botswana??? Is this a Telkom thing?

I would assume so. Do you know how to resolve it?

Mirror.ac.za is bw.archive.ubuntu.com and za.archive.ubuntu.com

i.e. it's the same thing as the South African mirror
