constant reoccuring crash

I can't tell for 100% sure if it's firefox or if it's KDE, but something is constantly crashing my GUI. I'll be doing nothing but reading and I'll click on something (URL Link, input box, menu button on the task bar, etc..) and KDE shuts down completely, then reboots KDM, asking for my login again.

Any tips? I'm running 8.10, freshly upgraded last night,

Try to reinstall it from a CD, the upgraded systems sometimes have strange problems.
