View Full Version : [ubuntu] gedit crashes when opening or saving any file

gedit starts fine... but whenever i try and open a file or save a file it crashes, running from the terminal gives the following... running hardy.

Segmentation fault

bump... anyone any solution to this..? I have resorted to using Komodo for the time being.

I receive the same error messages in my terminal window buy my gedit does function fine. Really strange and a situation that I would like to resolve.

I noticed if I goto Appearance Preferences and change the theme to Human-clearlooks it doesn't give me that same error. My original was the gOS3_Theme...
