i got this error during start up my computer??!
without GUI, my pc is flooded by those lines.

Does anyone know how to fix it?

This has nothing to do with Ubuntu; a usb device is drawing more power from the ports that it should. For example, have you plugged in a USB hub without external power turned on? Or have you plugged in a single usb cable instead of plugging in two ends, if you have a "Y" cable?

no, my PC has two usb port.
i used one port for my mouse and one port's free.

on the text mode, my screen is flooded by these messages, i can't see anything and work on text mode.

Can you post the output of
lsusb from a terminal (Applications-Accessories-Terminal)? Or is that "flooded" too? If you unplug your mouse, do the messages stop?

here's my output with lsusb
in Terminal (open with GUI) these messages is not display.
these message still display when i unplug my mouse.

these message isn't continuous prompt.
