I started to setup partitions with my free space on my HD. Firts I tried to setup /boot on an extended partition. Didn't like that, got an error 18. Then I setup /boot as SDA2, ans the rest of the space I dedicated to /usr. Got a error 17. Now I'm using my free space as /tmp so I'll have /, /home, & /tmp like my laptop... any suggestions? it's an old motherboard with an old BIOS.

well it worked but I have 2 GB out of my HD for /tmp space. my BOIS won't accept my 150 GB HD unless I partition it. I've got an Asus ME-99VM motherboard, is so old that Asus's website don't have a BOIS upgrade. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
