unwanted pppoe behaviour on custom cd

Hi Ubuntu Forum,

i have a problem with a custom build cd and the pppoe concentrator dialogue: I don't want it! ;-)

Is there any preseeding option to get rid of that? I've searched Google a couple of time and the ony thing i found is to remove the ppp*.udeb file which results in an installer error.

Okay found out that i have to build the "Packages" and sign the files again after removing the ppp*.udeb. So this works from now on.

BUT is there no seeding option like d-i netcfg/getridofpppoe true ???
