Hello, i'm using ubuntu 8.04 Hardy Enron and a few days ago after installing last firefox 3.0 updates i noticed i can't see images that i search in google-images feature

i tried completely removing and reinstalling firefox 3 but the issue persists-
so i tried removing everything again and forcing the use of firefox 3.0.3 but i still have the same problem. what can i do?

Have you tried deleting you default profile? It is a hidden directory, so go to Places-->Home Folder, and press Ctrl-h. This will reveal the hidden files and directories, your profile is in .mozilla.

Complete removal said it would remove something like "personal data"
I can't check at the moment because I formatted and installed Intrepid Ibex
