Does anyone know how to merge the up and down arrows together on the scrollbar, i.e., in the style of Mac OSX? I'd really appreciate any insight! <3

That's been my question for awhile too. Surprising that in half a year nobody has taken this one up. I don't care about making the Ubuntu desktop look like OSX. I'm really quite satisfied with the Ubuntu human theme with a few customizations, but I really appreciate having the scrollbar up and down arrows together at the bottom of the windows system wide. There are Firefox mods to do that, but even the Mac-like themes that I've seen for Ubuntu don't move the arrows. The KDE setup with one arrow on top and two on the bottom comes close, but I don't see how to get just that part without abandoning the "human" look. Any help here would be appriciated.
