Ubuntu 8.10 desktop
Firefox 3.03

-------------

Clicking on link to a .jsp in Firefox - nothing happens. But if I right-click on the link and open in another window, it works fine.

With IE on XP, the same link displays ok with just a simple click, no right-click required.

I tried changing Firefox preferences to open links in a new window, that did not work. Suggestions appreciated.

Can you link to a page that you are having problems with?
Also check all your JavaScript settings to make sure they are not interfering.

I would post a link but it is a secured site. When I copy the source to a local file on my system, it works fine. I spent some time yesterday browsing for .jsp links and testing them, and did not find any others that cause this problem.

I tried checking all the javascript options in Firefox preferences, that did not help.

For now I will mark this as "solved" with the right-click, new window, or new tab workaround and will post if I find a better answer.
