Hello,
I've tried to install a 8.10 from a flash disk. I used à boot.img writen on a flash disk with the dd= command. Boots perfectly.
At the first promt, <enter>
The Installation Ubuntu screen appears.
If I choose "Install" or Command "line install", and add an acpi=off option at the kernel boot commandline, I get these things :
loading linux....
loading initrd.gz...Ready and right just after this last word is displayed, then the PC reboots.
...using mini-ITX VIA LT10000EAG 1Ghz (C7 processor) mainboard...
Any known problems related to this hardware ?
Thanks
