hello,
the update manager keeps suggesting me updates for software i am not interested in. for example, at the moment i am being offered to update totem player, according to the synaptic package manager i dont even have totem installed, i do have some kind of a totem playlist parser package upon which other programs suck as rythmbox are depended.
so what can i do with these updates ? as i see it my only options are:
a. uninstall the totem package and all dependencies.
b. install totem player
cant i just permanently ignore certain updates ?
