Hi
Yesterday I installed the latest Java6-update 10 on a laptop using:
sudo apt-get install sun-java6-bin sun-java6-jre sun-java6-jdk
Today I installed Ubuntu on another laptop and typed the same command and get the error message:
"Couldn't find package sun-java6-bin"
I've checked that the package name is still the same on Ubuntu's package list.
This is a complete mystery to me.
Has anyone else experienced the same problem?
Cheers
Graham
