i am a student at viet nam.At my country,linux is not popular, i knew ubuntu about a year ago,now, i bigan use ubuntu 8.10.but have a problem, i haven'n internet at home , so i can't install software for ubuntu because not enough library.i asually have to go to public internet station to download but it it difficult to download,
and i am wonder why you not collect all package on site "http://packages.ubuntu.com/intrepid/i386/" in one a cd or DVD, will easier than to install software for ubuntu

I found some sites that offer free DVD LiveCD/Installer ISO download. I read that in earlier Ubuntu versions, the DVD contain packages from the repository, but I'm sure about this one.
