I am looking for a software to be used by hotline for a certain community.
The hotline is being operated by volunteers from their homes. They answer forwarded calls, help the callers and follow up when needed.
I am looking for an application which will reside on a remote server, and each call will be documented by the hot line volunteers.
At first, the server will reside in my home.
As for the content, fields will be defined, and the data will be collected into a database, which will allow follow up.
Any idea how to implement it with Ubuntu?
