Dual booting USB Wireless keyboard

I have ubuntu installed thru Wubi and initially had the Multi-virus support OS... The problem is i have Logitech Wiresless Keyboard n Mouse, which takes from USB and while booting Windows is the first option, so cannot select Ubuntu.... I want to use both the OSs... Is there any way out of this problem

A PS/2 -> USB adaptor?

This would allow you to plug your USb keyboard into a regular keyboard port which in turn should then give it the power it would need to begin with.
