After upgrading to 8.10 the dvd burner no longer seems to recognize empty disks (the same ones that I used before). The drive can read and play DVD, though.
Optical drive: Toshiba SD-R5112
Software: Brasero oder command line "burn"
Error message in burn:
Error. Please insert a blank CD/DVD.
wodim: Operation not permitted. Warning: Cannot raise RLIMIT_MEMLOCK limits.
WARNING: the deprecated pseudo SCSI syntax found as device specification.
Any help?
