for Acronis True Image Home V11.
I bought the 2009 from Acronis for my wife's box and didn't notice it won't run on W2k.
I was looking for a deal and found this:

installed it on my wife's box and ran it. Since she doesn't have a seagate drive it directed me to Acronis to buy the upgrade for $29.95.
Has not been registered and have a reciept.
