Twice I've started a dist-upgrade and twice the connection has cut out around 70%. Why do I have to start downloading hundreds of MB all over again from the beginning? Where do the downloaded files disappear to? Can I upgrade in steps to avoid this colossal pain of redownloading the same thing over and over?
