Hello,

I have installed Ubuntu 8.10 (64bit) onto my new PC. At first sight all hardware works fine (ATI 4670,Intel HDA and other integrated peripherials) except my Leadtek DTV1800H TV tuner card. This card is not officially supported by Linux.

I tried to find the solution and I have found some description of a -> special method (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=648028).

Can anybody confirm that this card works under 8.10? Which is the most stable TV application (analogue + digital) for Ubuntu?

Thank you!
