The reason why I'm asking this is because I have a Terminal session configured that I used in HH that doesn't work correctly in II. This session has transparency set so I can see through it into the window below so, for example, if I'm following someone's directions on how to fix something, I don't have to jump all over the place.
However in II, the terminal no longer shows the window below. It now shows the desktop underneath.
