Problems with Fn+F1, Fn+Up and Fn+Down on 8.10

I've upgraded from 8.04 to 8.10 recently on my Dell Inspiron 640m... And the only problem I got is that Hibernation with Fn+F1 doesn't work, and that Fn+Up and Fn+Down wich controls the contrast blocks the keyboard and touchpad. By the way with Fn+Up and Fn+Down the contrast goes full or minimum automatically, no midcontrast, it keeps going up to maximum, or to minimum.

For now I've uninstalled hotkey-setup package, I don't know if this is a solution... Anyone who can help me solve this issue??
