Okay, there are tons of DVD rippers and such but i don't think they can do what i'm looking for. If i have a DVD that is encrypted and/or region coded, i can burn the disk image, even extract the contents, but how do i create a new iso to make a DVD that is exactly the same but isn't encrypted or region coded? I have a bunch of .vob .ifo and .bup files. Does anyone know how to do this?

If you're not interested in making digital video files to watch from your hard drive, and are simply trying to make "back-ups" of commercial DVD's, I highly recommend installing and using DVD95.

It has just the features you need, nothing extra, and works for most DVD's.
