Can't find ALTERNATE update 8.10 CD ...

I want to download the alternate 8.10 upgrade CD that is mentioned here: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/IntrepidUpgrades#Upgrading Using the Alternate CD/DVD

But I can't find it on the download page http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu/download, at least not on any of the Oceania servers.

There's a link for the alternate CD on that page
