Can someone help me go back to 8.04?

I am VERY dissappointed as my sound does not work (with pulse audio either),

I have an Nvidia card for which I cannot load the correct driver (no 3d acceleration).

Food for thought- WHY release a version that would give this bad an experience? If the idea is to offer a better way than *******, maybe a much better finished product should be offered.

Hardy will certainly work for me, though.
