I don't have any idea what's going on here. I can't boot into Windows, as I have no bootloader on my computer, and I can't install Ubuntu and I have no idea why. The attachment is a screencap of what happens when I try to install Ubuntu 8.1.
When I try to install 8.04, the only option it gives me is to install it on 100% of the disk, which I don't want to do because I don't have a way of reinstalling Vista. All I can do now is run Ubuntu from the ISO disc. So: have I royally screwed over my new laptop?
