No more system tools??

Hello all,
After upgrading to Intrepid from Hardy my system tools menu has disappeared from my Applications. I now have no way of starting my Cairo Dock. Anyone have any ideas?

Can you find it in System, Preferences, Main Menu?

I can find it there, but when I click it on, it turns itself off instantly.
