i removed the status to view my connection on the side bar by accident but now i dont know how to view it now...i cant see what network it is connecting to where can i find it or put it back on the side bar

Did you remove the Notification Area? You can add that back to your panel. Otherwise I am not sure I understand what you're talking about.

As said, right-click on an empty place in the panel > Add to panel > notification area, select and click "Add"
