How and Where to download Newest Firefox

can i have the direct link for ubuntu firefox i cant find it and usually after i download stuff i can only see folders so how can i actually install it?thank you

Install:

cd ~/Desktop
tar xvzf firefox-3.0.3.tar.gz
cd firefox
./firefox

Make sure Firefox is closed when you do this.
