8.10 Failed Install

Holy krap, looks like I am not the only having problems.The upgrade went ok until the re-boot and then it just kept re-loading the screen where it says blah,blah loaded OK, well that is line 5 and then the flashing cursor just keeps on flashing.When will I learn to just backup and start fresh, alas no wisdom in my old age.

Meanwhile I am using OpenSuse on my other drive and will download the iso and burn and try the update from there.

Any suggestions would be appreciated,

Go into GRUB and chose the highest recovery kernel and see if you can fix it that way. It will give you an option to fix it.
