Not sure whether this is the right Forum.
OK. So I installed the RC release and here are my first impressions:
1: It feels different (to be expected).
2: I still had my Hardy Applications, with a few exceptions:
Swiftweasel, vlc, Compiz Manager, Emerald, Tux Paint, MacSlow's Cairo- Clock, Super Tux2, and some other Applications. Gone.
3: When I open Transmission, no icon appears in the notification area. When I closed the window, it just shuts down.
4: In Hardware Drivers I got 3 choices. I chose the recommended one, and afterwards two choices were left, the recommended one, which is enabled, and a second driver.
5: Internet feels faster (not sure whether that's got something to do with Intrepid)
