Fonts

I have a Greek and a Hebrew text font, that I had on my windows system before I swtitched to Linux Ubuntu 8.04. Both are ones I used while I'm in seminary. Is there a way to install them so I can use them on my system?

Yes (assuming it is TTF or OTF font), you can put your font in the hidden folder .fonts that exists in your home folder.

If this folder does not exist, just create it yourself.

If you need help accessing hidden folders, don't hesitate to ask for help here.

And then there are fonts that can handle those languages in the repositories as well.
