I upgraded from hardy to intrepid via update-manager last night and now lyx does not work. The cursor moves down one line and then just sits there. If I type lyx &, nothing happens at all but I can pgrep lyx and find it and kill it and try again and it still nothing happens at all even though it's running. I've tried removing and reinstalling it, rebooting, and looking for bugs on the internet but the only bugs I found were really old like from May. I need lyx for work; must I downgrade to hardy just to get lyx working?
