How to create groups or Profiles for programs

Hi,

I am looking for the function to setup groups or in Windows terms profiles.
The users on a Linux box need to be able to use 2 programs
Citrix Client and FF thats all.

I have been looking for a Distribution which supports a Thin Client that runs of an Intel system but have not found what i'm looking for.

I need:
- to login as a users with a minimum amount of programs available for selected users
- to Autostart the Citrix Client
- to be to use 1 local Printer (HP P3005N)

Hope someone sends me in the right direction.
