Hello,
I cannot unlock the kicker panel anymore in KDE3. This started when I tried out KDE4 and later uninstalled that and reverted to KDE3. I also tried purging both KDE4 and KDE3 (and manually removing all user configuration files) and reinstalling KDE3, but the problem still persists. I'm not sure what to do next, but I'll be more than happy to post any configuration files.
