I created a bootable pendrive using the instructions here:

I am able to boot from the drive. However I would like to get rid of a couple menu options that I am presented when booting.
First, I will always use English. Second I will always use "Run Ubuntu Persistently".
How can I have these options automatically set so I am not presented these menus?
