I can't find the command and it's not in my alt-f2 list.

The executable is /usr/bin/kicker

Note that kicker no longer exists on Kubuntu 8.04 KDE4 remix and Kubuntu 8.10

Kicker does exist, it's just hidden.


kicker brings up the bar above the task bar
