Hi,
I am using Kate 2.5.10( Using KDE 3.5.10 ) on Kbuntu desktop.
I have an issue with kate opening files in the same instance. e.g. When I double click on a PHP file( associated with kate editor ) , it finds an already running kate instance on any desktop and opens the file in that instance.
I want to change this behavior so that unless I open a file from Kate File->Open menu, it should open a new instance of kate.
This is my first time posting on Ubuntu forums, please forgive any mistakes.
