I've just bought an Asus B50A and I wanted to intall Ubuntu 8.04 on it. In the middle of installation it crashes. It goes to text-mode and says it cannot be intalled anymore and then type man -sudo ... for more information. I just typed that command, 2-3 times to get more information! and it went mad! showed a neverending list of errors and nothing worked at all.
What should I do?
I am e newbie to linux. And I know my laptop is ok because I installed Vista on it with out any problem and it worked.
