Business card scanner + managing contacts

Hi guys,

What devices and applications are you using to scan the business cards contacts you have and then to manage all these contacts?

It looks like there is absolutely nothing around, is this really possible.

Guys are you serious that I am the only one that needs a businesscard scanner?
