Hey all,

I was lucky enough to get back my Acer Aspire 1 (Origonally 8GB SSD Model)
its had several upgrades, a new bottom chassis, 1GB of ram and a 64GB SSD Hard Drive, now im stuck with linpus Linux and i hate it, based on FC8 makes me want to commit blue murder.

What i have at my disposal at present
A 20MB Broadband Connection
A 4GB USB 2 Pen Drive
.ISO of Ubuntu 8.Summing

What i want
To install Ubuntu from the Pen Drive, i dont have a CD of any form, as im not at home, and im fed up to the teeth with linpus i cant handle it for another 2 weeks, my temper has already broken the shift key.

Id apreciate a IDIOT PROOF Guide to installing Ubuntu from a USB Pen Drive.

PLEASE HELP ME.

Theres a beer in it for whoever has a simple idiot proof guide.
i do have some linux experiance, ive been using freeBSD for many years but swapped over to Ubuntu around a year ago, and it powers my desktop and full size laptop.

Thanks in Advance

A Linpus (Limp Wristed OS) Hater
