If i select install inside windows will I be able to access ubuntu through the menu when the computer boots up, and if i remove windows will I still be able to use it?

Yes to the first question, you should get an option to boot Ubuntu or Windows. If you delete the Windows partition, Ubuntu will get deleted to because it's been installed inside Windows. You can avoid that by installing to a separate partition.

I did try that but i got the error of "Sandbox 1.1.3" or something.

Must have been 'Busybox v1.1.3 (debian 1:1.1.3-5ubuntu12)', not an infrequent error, I must say. While I haven't tried installing in Windows myself, here is one possible solution by others http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=938157&highlight=BusyBox.
Hope it'll work.
