Ive set up a linux PDC that works fine for the windows machines however after a reload a couple of windows machines (legal) now give WGA nag. So heres Ubuntu's opportunity to shine at least in my office (16 PCs)
Questions
The users of the problem computers ALL have roaming profiles is there anyway i can replicate this with a ubuntu desktop client.
If not what are my options
So far Ubuntu and open source have saved us at least 200K JMD (just under 3000 USD) for server and software licenses but if there is a way to pull this off we could be looking at thousands more if this works
any suggestions?
