Whenever I try to run an update I get the following notice:

Could not download all repository indexes
The repository may no longer be available or could not be contacted because of network problems. If available an older version of the failed index will be used. Otherwise the repository will be ignored. Check your network connection and ensure the repository address in the preferences is correct

Failed to fetch http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/hardy/main/binary-lpia/Packages.gz 404 Not Found [IP: 91.189.88.31 80]
Failed to fetch http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/hardy/universe/binary-lpia/Packages.gz 404 Not Found [IP: 91.189.88.31 80]
Failed to fetch http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/hardy/restricted/binary-lpia/Packages.gz 404 Not Found [IP: 91.189.88.31 80]
Failed to fetch http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/hardy/multiverse/binary-lpia/Packages.gz 404 Not Found [IP: 91.189.88.31 80]
Some index files failed to download, they have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

urls wrong or something? maybe they dont exist? should I just delete them or try to get them working?

Please paste the contents of your /etc/apt/sources.list file. This will help quite a bit in resolving the problem.

Hi and you may try and change the location of the server located under system, administration, software sources.

Location was set to "United States". I changed it to "Main Server" and ran the update, got the following:

What's the lpia archatecture? I've never heard of it before, but that's the problem(since there are no repo's for that arch), no idea how to fix it though. Just thought I'd clear up what the problem is.

Hmm.. I'm not sure what the problem is, hopefully someone can chime in.

on lpia: I do believe its 'low-power intel architecture', I am using the dell mini which came preinstalled with Ubuntu.
