how to repair my gnome

It seems that there are some problems about my gnome .Maybe i have delete some important files that required by gnome.For example,i can not mount by window partition by gnome-mount.When i click to mount it,a authrizion windown will appear that require the password ,and i fill it,then press enter.However,it will neither mount the partition nor inform me of the faliure .I can not access my windowns partition .Though i can access them by command mount by hand.

Is there some ways to repair my gnome ??????
